Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the US Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population was 31,005,190 and represented 13.16% of the total US citizen voting-age population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (8.10M), followed by Texas (5.82M), and Florida (3.23M).

In terms of percentages, New Mexico had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (43.67%), followed by California (31.24%), and Texas (31.09%).
