Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the US Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population was 32,776,170 and represented 13.73% of the total US citizen voting-age population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (8.32M), followed by Texas (6.09M), and Florida (3.40M).

In terms of percentages, New Mexico had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (42.36%), followed by California (31.94%), and Texas (31.27%).
