Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Iowa was 102,630 and represented 4.33% of the total Iowa citizen voting-age population.

Among all Iowa counties, Polk had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (19.65K), followed by Woodbury (7.93K), and Scott (7.06K).

In terms of percentages, Crawford had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (18.58%), followed by Buena Vista (17.92%), and Marshall (14.15%).
