The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (3.89M) and constituted 84.61% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (274.30K) and constituted 5.96% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the third highest (229.94K), constituting 5.00% of the total citizen voting-age population.
