Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2022, the Massachusetts citizen voting-age population was 5.12M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (3.97M) and constituted 77.64% of the total.

The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (472.17K) and constituted 9.23% of the total.
