Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 40,840 and represented 1.54% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (26.35K), followed by Tulsa (17.64K), and Cleveland (7.53K).

In terms of percentages, Harmon had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (16.59%), followed by Texas (16.45%), and Jackson (14.62%).
