Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2010, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 2,494,380 and represented 37.75% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Wake had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (406.70K), followed by Mecklenburg (357.23K), and Guilford (212.75K).

In terms of percentages, Ashe had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (99.18%), followed by Yancey (98.12%), and Alleghany (97.58%).
