Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Minnesota was 100,070 and represented 1.98% of the total Minnesota citizen population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (44.25K), followed by Ramsey (24.13K), and Dakota (17.08K).

In terms of percentages, Nobles had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (14.35%), followed by Watonwan (12.56%), and Kandiyohi (9.53%).
