Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 45,110 and represented 1.18% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (19.09K), followed by Ramsey (11.86K), and Dakota (8.14K).

In terms of percentages, Nobles had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (8.07%), followed by Kandiyohi (6.20%), and Watonwan (5.12%).
