Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 81,915 and represented 1.97% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (35.65K), followed by Ramsey (18.65K), and Dakota (14.46K).

In terms of percentages, Watonwan had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (14.16%), followed by Nobles (13.80%), and Kandiyohi (7.58%).
