Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 106,827 and represented 2.52% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (44.63K), followed by Ramsey (20.42K), and Dakota (17.45K).

In terms of percentages, Nobles had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (17.30%), followed by Watonwan (16.29%), and Kandiyohi (8.50%).
