Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 102,630 and represented 2.43% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (43.34K), followed by Ramsey (20.37K), and Dakota (17.29K).

In terms of percentages, Watonwan had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (16.41%), followed by Nobles (14.88%), and Kandiyohi (7.57%).
