Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Minnesota was 76,810 and represented 1.87% of the total Minnesota citizen voting-age population.

Among all Minnesota counties, Hennepin had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (32.48K), followed by Ramsey (18.04K), and Dakota (12.69K).

In terms of percentages, Nobles had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (13.18%), followed by Watonwan (12.07%), and Kandiyohi (7.29%).
