Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population for Missouri was 100,070 and represented 1.72% of the total Missouri citizen population.

Among all Missouri counties, Jackson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen population (38.41K), followed by St. Louis (17.96K), and Clay (10.57K).

In terms of percentages, Sullivan had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (11.92%), followed by Pulaski (8.63%), and McDonald (6.59%).
