Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 45,110 and represented 1.02% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, Jackson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (20.04K), followed by St. Louis (10.10K), and Clay (5.84K).

In terms of percentages, Pulaski had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (7.98%), followed by Sullivan (6.94%), and Jackson (4.14%).
