Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 76,810 and represented 1.66% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, Jackson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (28.29K), followed by St. Louis (14.44K), and Clay (9.69K).

In terms of percentages, Sullivan had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (11.72%), followed by Pulaski (10.61%), and Saline (6.24%).
