Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Missouri was 102,630 and represented 2.20% of the total Missouri citizen voting-age population.

Among all Missouri counties, Jackson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (35.75K), followed by St. Louis (18.33K), and Clay (11.30K).

In terms of percentages, Pulaski had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (10.71%), followed by Sullivan (10.33%), and Saline (7.58%).
