Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Texas was 45,110 and represented 0.29% of the total Texas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Texas counties, Bexar had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (576.59K), followed by Harris (560.42K), and El Paso (329.70K).

In terms of percentages, Starr had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (97.16%), followed by Jim Hogg (93.97%), and Webb (93.59%).
