Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Texas was 102,630 and represented 0.53% of the total Texas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Texas counties, Harris had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (902.09K), followed by Bexar (766.05K), and El Paso (437.56K).

In terms of percentages, Starr had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (96.29%), followed by Maverick (93.88%), and Webb (93.22%).
