Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 889,640 and represented 21.20% of the total Arizona citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (115.38K), followed by Pima (21.66K), and Pinal (10.25K).

In terms of percentages, Maricopa had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (4.74%), followed by Pinal (4.33%), and Cochise (4.07%).
