Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Arizona was 993,790 and represented 19.04% of the total Arizona citizen voting-age population.

Among all Arizona counties, Maricopa had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (177.30K), followed by Pima (25.90K), and Pinal (16.97K).

In terms of percentages, Maricopa had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (5.64%), followed by Pinal (5.12%), and Cochise (3.61%).
