Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Colorado was 889,640 and represented 25.63% of the total Colorado citizen voting-age population.

Among all Colorado counties, Denver had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (40.69K), followed by Arapahoe (33.60K), and El Paso (24.32K).

In terms of percentages, Lincoln had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (10.74%), followed by Crowley (10.24%), and Denver (10.11%).
