Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 889,640 and represented 44.39% of the total Kansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (28.04K), followed by Wyandotte (27.64K), and Johnson (13.18K).

In terms of percentages, Wyandotte had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (28.66%), followed by Geary (18.09%), and Leavenworth (9.23%).
