Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kansas was 1,234,325 and represented 45.58% of the total Kansas citizen population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (41.45K), followed by Wyandotte (39.70K), and Johnson (19.68K).

In terms of percentages, Wyandotte had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (28.67%), followed by Geary (18.17%), and Sedgwick (8.84%).
