Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2024, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Kansas was 1,303,064 and represented 46.15% of the total Kansas citizen population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (39.49K), followed by Wyandotte (30.14K), and Johnson (27.69K).

In terms of percentages, Wyandotte had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (20.47%), followed by Geary (14.48%), and Sedgwick (7.84%).
