Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2011, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for North Carolina was 2,506,185 and represented 37.27% of the total North Carolina citizen voting-age population.

Among all North Carolina counties, Wake had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (417.56K), followed by Mecklenburg (361.69K), and Guilford (213.75K).

In terms of percentages, Clay had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (97.98%), followed by Yancey (97.80%), and Ashe (97.60%).
