Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Alaska was 1,245,335 and represented 181.12% of the total Alaska citizen population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (15.06K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (4.22K), and Matanuska-Susitna (770).

In terms of percentages, Aleutians East had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (5.92%), followed by Anchorage (5.40%), and Aleutians West (5.25%).
