Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2023, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population for Alaska was 1,311,185 and represented 184.15% of the total Alaska citizen population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen population (14.21K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (3.48K), and Matanuska-Susitna (1.43K).

In terms of percentages, Yakutat had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (6.82%), followed by Aleutians West (6.65%), and Anchorage (5.11%).
