Alaska Citizen Voting-age Population By County in 2012 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the citizen voting-age population for Alaska was 503,360 and represented 70.78% of the total Alaska population.

Among all Alaska counties, Anchorage had the highest citizen voting-age population (205.30K), followed by Fairbanks North Star (70.26K), and Matanuska-Susitna (62.78K).

In terms of percentages, Wrangell had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (80.59%), followed by Hoonah-Angoon (79.58%), and Petersburg (75.92%).
