Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the citizen voting-age population for Hana CDP, Hawaii was 840. The Non-Hispanic Two Or More Races ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (329) and constituted 39.17% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (240) and constituted 28.57% of the total.
