Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the citizen voting-age population for Hilo CDP, Hawaii was 34.20K. The Non-Hispanic Asian Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (13.07K) and constituted 38.22% of the total.
