Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the citizen voting-age population for El Paso County, TX was 450.70K. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (340.53K) and constituted 75.56% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (85.03K) and constituted 18.87% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the third highest (15.81K), constituting 3.51% of the total citizen voting-age population.
