The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (422.90K) and constituted 79.26% of the total.

The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (78.61K) and constituted 14.73% of the total.
