The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.70M) and constituted 80.09% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (315.92K) and constituted 14.85% of the total.
