Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2012, the Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population for Kansas was 902,495 and represented 44.68% of the total Kansas citizen voting-age population.

Among all Kansas counties, Sedgwick had the highest Non-Hispanic Black Alone citizen voting-age population (28.75K), followed by Wyandotte (27.62K), and Johnson (13.70K).

In terms of percentages, Wyandotte had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic Black Alone (28.39%), followed by Geary (18.20%), and Leavenworth (9.19%).
