California Citizen Population By County in 2013 (ACS-5Yrs)

Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen population for California was 32,274,315 and represented 85.70% of the total California population.

Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest citizen population (8.06M), followed by San Diego (2.75M), and Orange (2.59M).

In terms of percentages, Alpine had the highest percentage of its population being citizens (98.71%), followed by Calaveras (98.39%), and Trinity (98.35%).
