Among all California counties, Los Angeles had the highest citizen voting-age population (5.81M), followed by San Diego (2.06M), and Orange (1.90M).
In terms of percentages, Amador had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.15%), followed by Mariposa (80.54%), and Tuolumne (80.40%).
