Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen population for Virginia was 7,618,025 and represented 94.04% of the total Virginia population.
Among all Virginia counties, Fairfax had the highest citizen population (940.65K), followed by Virginia Beach city (426.77K), and Prince William (370.92K).
In terms of percentages, Craig had the highest percentage of its population being citizens (100.00%), followed by Highland (100.00%), and Surry (100.00%).
