Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population for Oklahoma was 3,196,010 and represented 87.66% of the total Oklahoma citizen population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen population (428.43K), followed by Tulsa (393.14K), and Cleveland (195.04K).

In terms of percentages, Grant had the highest percentage of its citizen population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (91.01%), followed by Ellis (90.18%), and Harper (89.77%).
