Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population for Oklahoma was 2,530,325 and represented 92.83% of the total Oklahoma citizen voting-age population.

Among all Oklahoma counties, Oklahoma had the highest Non-Hispanic White Alone citizen voting-age population (346.67K), followed by Tulsa (313.35K), and Cleveland (155.82K).

In terms of percentages, Harper had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Non-Hispanic White Alone (95.33%), followed by Grant (93.37%), and Ellis (92.55%).
