Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for New Hampshire was 1,006,990 and represented 76.33% of the total New Hampshire population.

Among all New Hampshire counties, Hillsborough had the highest citizen voting-age population (294.34K), followed by Rockingham (226.26K), and Merrimack (112.93K).

In terms of percentages, Carroll had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (80.74%), followed by Coos (80.58%), and Cheshire (79.44%).
