Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the citizen voting-age population for New Hampshire was 1,079,640 and represented 78.68% of the total New Hampshire population.

Among all New Hampshire counties, Hillsborough had the highest citizen voting-age population (317.99K), followed by Rockingham (247.34K), and Merrimack (121.13K).

In terms of percentages, Carroll had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (83.89%), followed by Coos (83.08%), and Grafton (80.88%).
