Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the citizen voting-age population for Ohio was 8,648,435 and represented 74.88% of the total Ohio population.

Among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga had the highest citizen voting-age population (956.86K), followed by Franklin (841.37K), and Hamilton (594.71K).

In terms of percentages, Athens had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (81.37%), followed by Noble (80.70%), and Belmont (80.28%).
