Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2020, the citizen voting-age population for Ohio was 8,855,290 and represented 75.85% of the total Ohio population.

Among all Ohio counties, Cuyahoga had the highest citizen voting-age population (952.41K), followed by Franklin (935.90K), and Hamilton (606.74K).

In terms of percentages, Athens had the highest percentage of its population being citizens of voting-age (82.77%), followed by Ottawa (81.20%), and Noble (80.99%).
