Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Indiana citizen voting-age population was 4.74M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (4.09M) and constituted 86.30% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (402.66K) and constituted 8.49% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the third highest (147.22K), constituting 3.11% of the total citizen voting-age population.
