Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2021, the Indiana citizen voting-age population was 4.97M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (4.15M) and constituted 83.56% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (437.69K) and constituted 8.82% of the total. The Hispanic or Latino of All Races ethnicity group had the third highest (218.87K), constituting 4.41% of the total citizen voting-age population.
