Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Minnesota citizen voting-age population was 3.89M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (3.46M) and constituted 89.12% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (149.87K) and constituted 3.86% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Asian Alone ethnicity group had the third highest (103.69K), constituting 2.67% of the total citizen voting-age population.
