Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the West Virginia citizen voting-age population was 1.46M. The Non-Hispanic White Alone ethnicity group had the highest citizen voting-age population (1.37M) and constituted 94.23% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Black or African American Alone ethnicity group had the second highest citizen voting-age population (44.29K) and constituted 3.04% of the total. The Non-Hispanic Two Or More Races ethnicity group had the third highest (17.95K), constituting 1.23% of the total citizen voting-age population.
