Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population for Louisiana was 53,180 and represented 1.59% of the total Louisiana citizen voting-age population.

Among all Louisiana counties, Jefferson had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (23.82K), followed by Orleans (9.51K), and East Baton Rouge (7.78K).

In terms of percentages, St. Bernard had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (7.92%), followed by Jefferson (7.64%), and Vernon (6.68%).
