Based on the US Census Bureau's special tabulation from the ACS 5-year estimates, in 2013, the US Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population was 22,620,810 and represented 10.40% of the total US citizen voting-age population.

Among all US states and DC, California had the highest Hispanic or Latino of All Races citizen voting-age population (6.16M), followed by Texas (4.36M), and Florida (2.22M).

In terms of percentages, New Mexico had the highest percentage of its citizen voting-age population being Hispanic or Latino of All Races (39.18%), followed by Texas (26.90%), and California (26.25%).
